    I needed to get a vehicle towed from one residence to another residence. I called AAA and they dispatched Kendall's Towing at about 8:30 AM. I got over to the house and about 10:00 AM they still had not been here. I called two numbers and finally got a hold of someone. I was disconnected so I called back and they said that someone was already there and left and that I should have answered my phone. I never received any calls and so I asked them when they came and they said about an hour ago. I explained that nobody was here and they said that they took photos of the white vehicle and I explained that was not my vehicle. They then said it was a **** with jumper cables on it and the hood open I explained that my car did not have jumper cables. They told me that they tried to jump the vehicle and it did not start so they left. They never knocked on the door, talked to me or checked my ID per AAA policy. They told me the license plate info for my car and it was not correct. Then he kept saying I was arguing with him and he was going to hang up on me and reject my tow. I asked my neighbor who was outside if she saw a tow truck stop at my car. She said no she saw a red and black tow truck drive by and mess with a car up the street from us.
