"Our deck was built in the winter as we were buying a house, they used low-grade wood, and the new girl on the crew only screwed in instead of pre-drilling to prevent splitting and splinters half of the upper deck only had one or two screws in each board. They didnt look at the wood and put the crown down, therefore the crown up boards are starting to warm and pull away from the deck, instead of using deck boards, they use 2 x 6 boards pin Foreign pine pressure-treated wood here are a few of my problems After speaking with the representative at Lowes in the building materials department, it was your companies responsibility to take any wood that was damaged as in damaged on the edge that is shown in multiple pictures and having too many not hose that was shown on the pictures and any type of cracking has been caused by s******* into the wood and not pre-drilling before s******* into the wood." ...
