    Had a fireplace installed, and went with recommended and supported Regency brand. Install seemed okay, but within 6 months a glass panel exploded and Regency will only sell parts to the installer or a dealer. Emailed and called was told the part was on order, never received it and got tired of emailing. Did a custom order through a glass shop.Inside of 2 years the door began to fail. Lifetime warranty unit- the installer showed up and pretended to discover a bearing wheel malfunctioning which worked fine. After taking the place apart myself for a day I discovered a broken cable race that I now have to find a dealer to order for me because they don't answer emails, phone calls, or follow up with customers.After wasting 2 months trying to get them to support their product have to find a way to fix it myself. Distributor/installer doesn't care, or want to work.Horrible customer service and lazy from every angle. Don't waste your time here- not worth the headaches. Seriously, 5 star in ridiculousness. These people don't care.

    This company is honest and great to work with. They service ** every year and we know we are in good hand when they come out to service our appliances.

    Had an appointment for a Chimney maintenance/cleaning and they were a "No Show". Thought, maybe there was a mix-up (because they have been great in the past), so I contacted them and left a message after a week with no return call I checked the telephone number and called again and left a message... no return call. This is a busy time for chimney maintenance and now I've had to schedule with another company for the earliest appointment first week in January 2023. Terrible customer service!
