    Extremely shady. The tow driver had me fill out and sign a BLANK piece of paper WHILE I WAS BUSY GIVING HIM DIRECTIONS TO ****************. Once we arrived, he took my credit card and the paper as I went into the mechanic's office. While I wasn't there, he filled in the amount he wanted to charge on the piece of paper I had already signed. Then ran my card, gave me the piece of paper back, and left as fast as he could before I had a chance to process what had happened. I was NEVER told the amount they were going to charge me before they ran my card. They charged me almost 3 times what other tow companies in this area charge. I called them to complain and they were EXTREMELY argumentative. The man on the phone, who was not the person who towed me, kept "telling me what happened" even though he was not there. Avoid this business at all costs.
