First thing, let me know when I was a visitor visiting a friend of mine. I was actually coming to pick her up and take her to the food pantry so that they can get some food there. As right after we dropped off the food I walked my service animal out and took him to the bathroom and as coming back in the manager, ***** confronted me and told me the dogs were not allowed in the building. I said he has a service animal star and he at that point said that he needs documentation and paperwork. I told him that hes a service animal for PTSD and he did not care. He told me to get out of his hotel, and he was discriminating against me because of my vehicle having a broken headlight he then. Call the police on me saying that I was trespassing when all I was there whats the deal with the visit a friend and help them get food in their room I showed the manager ***** my documentation for my dog in a service animal registered through the state, he told me it doesnt matter get out because I am not a gas there I asked him to show me The policy to where gas cannot have visitors and the policy to wear a service animal is not allowed. He refused to do either and took pictures of my license plate. Call the police and gave them my information. All wow all I was doing was trying to help a friend ***** is a complete and utter Disaster whenever it comes to managerial skills. He has no customer service skills and he approaches everybody as if theyve already committed a crime like hes the police and hes already on a power trip. I recommend never staying at his establishment for all you will get his heart ache headache and most likely be kicked out or have a relative or friend kicked out of their their place of stay just for visiting. It is unacceptable to be able to kick somebody out due to discrimination for having a service animal. Someone needs to bring him down off the pedal stool that he was raised on and teach him some manners worst manager Ive ever come across
