      This was the worst experience with Bleigh weve ever had. We ordered concrete for a 24x20x4 patio and was told we would get 6-6.5 yards for ******. A delivery fee was added to that so 985 was the total cost and then when we called to pay it, the price was *****. We talked about that being a charge for extra concrete since some is always left on the truck. Then when they arrived with 6.25 yards we were 0.5 yard short which should have been on the original truck since we got up charged for extra concrete. Another truck had to come for the 0.5 yard and while we waited, spraying it down with water, our concrete set up. We were charged an additional ******. So the total was nearly 1200 dollars when our original quote for the same amount of concrete was 915. We called in to try to resolve the issue and they basically said we probably didnt have our forms set right and we took too long to pour the pad so it was our fault. Our forms were measured perfectly! I will never do business with them again.

      We understand you are not happy with your concrete order. We delivered 6.25 yards for the measurement you gave us. We are not the contractor on the job. We delivered concrete for the measurement given, that does not ensure the area you got ready is perfect to grade or other factors could happen like what was this poured on rock, dirt etc. When you come up short you have to order more concrete. There is not such thing as we have extra on the truck. Our scales are checked by the state. You select a number and the scales weigh that number of yards you want weighed up. The scales are not going to weigh up extra nor are we just going to put extra on loads. You get what you paid for. Yes there will be a charge for the extra concrete you had to order back because you were short. We have been in business a long time and we do not have people calling in here and telling us we shorted them concrete. When you called in to complain we simply told that you received the concrete for the measurements you gave us. That does not ensure it will fit what you have on the job as we are not the contractor. The 1st truck with 6.25 yards was on the job for 3 hours. Most people unload within 30 minutes. To take that long there could be problems. Concrete is starts setting up within 2 hours. Again, we are sorry your experience was not good pouring your concrete. But we delivered the concrete for the measurment given. All batch weights are listed on ticket so you know you got what you delivered.
