Scheduling an appointment and having the pro come out was great! However, they are not upfront about pricing. I was told it would be $75 over the phone and then after the service was done I was charged something way different. In addition, when I called to make an appointment I was assured that it would not be charged extra if it was a simple fix, which it was. No tools were even used during the visit. All the pro did was properly close the door to the furnace. The visit did not even last longer than 30 minutes. Manager called me and was rude over the phone. Not sure why he even bothered to give me a call back if he wasn't going to do anything about the discrepancy behind the pricing. I could've gone with Hometown Heroes Heating and cooling who were going to charge me $85, but I decided to go here instead because it was a cheaper when I was led to believe it was only going to be $75. My mistake, I will be seeking services else where, and I encourage you all to do the same.

We apologizefor any pricing confusion. However, our policy was conveyed to you on each of the three occasions you contacted to schedule an appointment. While you canceled the first two appointments that you scheduled, we could only assume that you understood when we showed up for the third appointment. Also, since the $75.00 pricing is clearly labeled as an SVC Fee only on Thumbtack (which is how you discovered our company), we have not yet seen anyone mistaking it for the total **** prior todiagnosis. The technician did more than just close the door to your furnace; he also fixed the disconnect, which is why you were billed for 30 minutes of labor. While we are overjoyed that we were able to get your air conditioner back up and functioning, we are baffled by your confusion regarding the final cost. Please call our office, and we will gladly review our cost breakdown and the calculation of your total cost.
