    ****** went above and beyond to assist me with my tax situation. Shes very analytical and pays great attention to detail. Shes a problem solver.I had several issues, one from three years ago but I kept ignoring it. ****** brought it to my attention and she fixed it. She even made several three way calls to the *** to try to resolve the issues. All of this was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend her!
