      ****** left my family without heat for a month because he kept leading me on about waiting for a part to arrive and then completely quit responding. Not only did we not have heat but he also took our money for said part and ran with it. I would not recommend him to anyone. He is a scam and should not be in business

      Warning, Do not use this company. ******************* did not show up to finish remodel of bathroom. Stopped communicating. It has been 2 weeks since last hearing from ******. Went Thanksgiving without our main bathroom being done for visitors. Still no response. This has been an issue throughout the process, since the end of September/1st of October. No call, no shows. Finally will apologize but still didn't communicate when certain job would take place. Deplorable way to run a company. Still storing companies uninstalled equipment in my house. Has not picked it up. Refund should have been given. This is ridiculous.

      Warning, Do not use this company. ******************* did not show up to install equipment after deposit was paid. Stopped communicating. Did not call, no show. Missed work waiting on tech. Left my family without heat, A/C and hot water for weeks. Finally apologized but still didn't communicate when install would take place. Deplorable way to run a company. Still storing companies uninstalled equipment in my house. Has not picked it up. Refund should have been given. This is ridiculous.

      Had an appointment scheduled on a Saturday morning anytime from 7am to 11am. Waited all morning and tech never showed or gave courtesy call. I called him at 11 to ask where he was. He said he didnt have my address which was a blatant lie. I asked why he didnt call earlier and he said he was busy and running behind. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Do not recommend.
