  1 Source llc was dispatched to my home as a second opinion for my air conditioner unit by ***, when he looked at the unit he began making comments about the furnace, the rust on the duct work and how the duct was connected wrong to the evaporator coil and the water leaking from the evaporator coil which was great that's why I called AHS, I advised 1 Source llc, I already purchased a new furnace and I do need duct work installed correctly to my evaporator coil which is all covered with my plan, I advised him I'm not going to have the furnace installed without replacing the evaporator coil first otherwise water will leak into my new furnace. He advised me he would write it up and turn in what he observed, after 3 days went by and I did not hear from 1 Source llc, I call *** and they advised me contractors has 48hrs to turn in their report *** put me hold while they attempted to contact 1 Source llc, which was to no avail. I contacted *** a few days later and *** still did not have a report turned in from 1 Source LLC. 1 Source was dispatched to my home on September 30, 2024, and this is October 14th and AHS still has not received a report, I don't understand, very disappointed with the lack of follow through

  Earlier this year (June 2022) we were assigned 1Source as our technicians to address our cooling issues. 1Source was actually the 2nd company sent to us by our warranty company. They are absolutely phenomenal. 1. They did a full troubleshooting of our cooling system before replacing. We got a new A/C unit. When we still had issues with cooling, ***** (The owner & Technician), was able to assess that the issue was then the furnace. 2. ***** came back with a Partner (didn't catch his name) and they quickly installed a new furnace and return vents...all while educating me on different techniques and reasons for their need to be done. 3. Winter weather came, and we started having issues with thermostat not reaching target temp. We reached out to the warranty company and they sent us someone else. "Someone else" wanted to install a flue going outside the basement wall in order to get more "airflow/pressure" for the furnace via a code that the device was giving out. I called 1Source because I just knew 400 dollars for another hole in my house was not the answer. ***** showed up and immediately began do awesome troubleshooting. He agreed with the code but knew that the issue was more internal dealing water flow/air flow. He came up with a plan to install a piece that would allow the water to drain/condensate more ***********. This fix was only 45 extra bucks. 4. During the periods leading up to get the repairs done and settling dates/times Keisha and ***** were by far the most helpful, flexible and honest people to work with. My family truly appreciates the patience and professionality that 1Source gives to it's customers. 5. ***** I hope you see this, and you know that as happy I am to see you, I hope to not see you until its maintenance time!
