"This is a terrible place , the receptionist is such a rude nasty person as well as the office manager , I was told to come by and get my medical records and they would fax them to my neurologist as well and when I arrived the blonde receptionist said she wasn't doing both because she didn't want to do her job so I told her that's not what my wife was told so I set my form down and was walking towards the door and she yells out doesn't matter who she spoke and I said yes it does and sent my wife in so she could talk to whomever she spoke to on phone, my wife went in and Lady wouldn't look at her so she said excuse me 3 times and said that's not what I was told and she told my wife she isn't doing both because paper cost $. I've been having costly procedures here since 2017 so I'm pretty sure I've paid plenty for the paper." ... Read full review
