    Terrible customer service. I have called, emailed, and even trying to go in person but I never get a response from anyone no matter who I reach out to. We accidentally overpaid on an invoice and I've been trying to get a refund for over a year now but still nothing. Recently they have just stopped providing service without any kind of notice or heads up. Trying to get this refund figured out and cut ties for good.

    We have used this service for our business recycling for the past 2 years. They were consistent and we were happy with their service. In September, they stopped emptying our dumpster but brought some roll out carts which they've emptied once. In October, they haven't come at all. I have made multiple attempts (approximately 10) to contact them via email or voicemail and have never received a call or email in response. I drove to the physical address they have listed on their website and its a shared office space with no apparent signs of operating their business out of the space. They have gone *** yet they continue to charge our credit card.

    Same story as the current other reviewers: no response to email or phone and no pick-*** for 7 weeks straight! Sure enough, the invoices keep pouring in. I also resorted to contracting with another company, but now, I would really like the three full bins in the alley of my business removed for good.

    We have used this company for many years, but this year the service has become horrible. They started charging quarterly and I believe we have been overcharged but when I sent the accounting department an email I never got a response. And they do not answer their phone. They did not show up to collect our recycle the entire month of June, and once again do not respond to emails or phone calls. I have contracted with another recycle company for our office and I'm now trying to get them to pick up their recycle bins - no response. Yet they continue to send me invoices. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
