    St. Louis Sod Install replaced my sod on April *****, 2024. The contract included over seeding the new sod with the same seed from which the sod was grown - this was a selling point! Also, the sod came with a replacement warranty for any sod that died within the first 45 days.The over seeding was never completed per that contract even after 5-6 reminders/inquiries. I even offered to spread the seed myself - but no reply.A small section of the sod died within the warranty period but the company refused to replace it saying it was underwatered. I disagreed as this area is covered by two zones of my irrigation system and other areas with even less water are thriving. I do not recommend this company for your sod projects.

    I have spoken to the homeowner several times and all the emails and text messages are documented. We did oversee his yard however he wanted us to keep coming out and oversee his yard and keep over seed in his yard for free.. I have also even offered to come back in the fall and replace the areas of side that the homeowner didnt water. I explained to him that I would not come out in the July heat and replace it because its just too hot to replace sod in July. I have made numerous attempts to get this resolved, and I thought we were on the same page and now here he comes running to the Better Business Bureau and leaves a false review to hurt my business. I have all the proof and all the emails and all the text messages where we have tried to offer a resolution and it just not good enough for him. I have spoken to my attorney and we are going to be sending a cease and desists as this is a false review aimed to hurt our reputation.
