I am also having issues with this buisness. The previous property owner sold his properties to Complete Property. They also just got a new property manager who is nasty and rude. I called to inquire about why we where charged additional $****** for rent. I left messages for them. They then responded by sending me a invoice showing in December they had a new microwave installed. The previous microwave handle broke off. Which is common wear and tear. No one said due to microwave not able to be fix we will get a new one for you and install it. I called the property manager to discuss this in a professional manner. The property manager was hostile, aggressive, and nasty. I couldn't even get a word in. I paid the invoice and told her I've moved passed all this. No one contacted us to let us know we had to pay for a new microwave. The proprety manage said I'm not the previous manager ( meaning she is not taking c*** like the previous property manager did) i should knowb then what was coming. Why don't you just move! I was shocked when she said that. I thought people that are good tenants pay their rent where highly value tenants. I guess I'm so wrong. The proprety also does not address maintenance issues or maintain the proprety. ****** backed up over a week ago had to call my uncle who is a plumber. The stove they brought us was in poor condition. Now the fuse box keeps knocking the furnace off due to over heating . It smells like something is over heating. I tried to let the new property manager know this but she continued to over talk me and also have attitude. I told her I was over the stove being broke. I also let her know I'm ok with being charged fir a ****** microbe plus late fees as if it's rent. I had to tell the property manager have a blessed day. I definitely do not feel anyone should move into their properties. It's below average. Highly suggest you pursue other options.

Thank you, ****** for taking the time to speak with me on the phone and over email about the concerns and pain points you listed above. I know we were able to have a productive conversation about your experience, the ways you and I plan to address these issues, as well as the consideration the owner is willing to give for the frustration you experienced. We hope the remainder of your residency before you move is more pleasant and wish you a bright future wherever you plan to stay next. Thank you,

I am a current tenant and definitely moving after this rental experience. I am also here while property managers sold building to now Complete Properties. So apparently ac AT ALL in Missouri is an amenity at least that’s what my research is telling me. My thermostat in my apartment reads 89-92 degrees and I politely asked my landlord may I please have another ac unit. I wasn’t under the impression that I didn’t have central ac at all because before I moved in I was told there was central air and heat. I moved in in December so i didn’t think to try anything but the heat. I have a neighbor downstairs who has asked of the same and she now stays at families house when it gets too hot. Um on the other half we are not fortunate for that. They then said I can buy one and they will reimburse me half but I stated I was moving and I dnt plan on moving anywhere without central air. I asked to be released from the lease they said I couldn’t, I have damaged the apartment; it’s very old, old windows, doors have cracks under them. Only a flat bed sheet is separating the “comfortable air we have” that only helps the middle room alone. DO NO MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HOT IN THE SUMMER. They are compliant and will fix a broken window but not an ac unit. If they fix one window they might as well fix them all. Doesn’t that cost money? But I can’t get an ac unit. They have great communication on MOST maintenance but the things we feel are very important like this ac situation they dnt care.

******, we are sad to hear about the negative impact this situation has had on you and would be glad to work with you on a solution, if possible. While we don't own the property, we do manage it on behalf of the owners, and therefore, we are sometimes limited to the owner's direction on certain issues. We have sympathy for our tenants living through AC issues this summer, as many HVAC-certified companies have been overburdened by a large influx of work, limited staff, and delays in supply chain issues to top it off. It is not lost on us the negative impact that this has caused many residents to face, tenants and homeowners alike. It does appear that in your case, we were notified that your window unit had malfunctioned once during your tenancy, and it does seem that it was able to be remedied the following day. Since then, your request for an additional unit was only able to be honored under the condition that the owner split the cost with you. We understand that this is not how you prefer that the situation be resolved, still as stated before, this is the owner's decision. It is also noted here that you wished to terminate your lease, which you are welcome to do at any time, but as you've been advised, should you terminate that contract, you would be held liable for the fees for breaching it. It also seems you are displeased by the decision to repair only one window instead of repairing all windows in the home. If you feel there are additional windows in need of repair, you may, of course, advise us of such issues. However, it is important to note that the repair or replacement of this particular window was due to neglect of the property, not due to normal wear and tear. Finally, it is important to be aware when signing a lease that you accept the property in its current condition upon your initial walkthrough and residency. While we understand issues arise after moving in, and we are always willing to address said issues, some situations described here did exist at the time of signing that legally binding contract. With all this being said, we would be glad to work towards resolving the problem and would love to continue speaking on the matter.
