    I returned a bra but never got a response to my emails for a credit card refund. I sent numerous emails and I called the 888 number. NADA. Dont buy from this company!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I would have checked here before ordering. Took 3 weeks to get her FROM *****. Cheap product and utter waste of money. I'm trying to get a refund but cannot get them to respond.

    I waited so long to receive my bras, I figured they were lost. Trying to return one is so strange. I have to go to the post office and return it with my own label, pay for shipping, as they don't send return labels I guess. i've emailed them a few times with no response. There is something not right with this company and I feel sorry for those who order from them. Reported them on instagram.

    I bought a ************************* and returned about 3 days later in November 2023 I have tried to get my refund with no avail. I have all my information and have sent several emails but no response after almost 6 months just thought people should know what kind of company they are

    I ordered 4 bras on December 19th and received them on January 3rd. I sent a return request on January 5th for two of the bras as they didn't fit. It took several emails asking for a return. On January 12th, I received an email saying they have received my request and will get back to me. #0B170A2093741.On Ja,nuary 13th, received a return label for t return request. Who knows how long it will be before I receive a credit..... I also sent a request for the third br. I received7th and received pending approval,on January 12th and; it January 14th it was without a reason why. (We're really sorry, but your return request #denied93741 has been rejected. If you would like to discuss, the reason for this please contact us directly.) I've sent multiple emails and left a message when I finally found a phone number. Still no response. So much for their hassle-free returns. Three requests with no response.....

    I purchased 2 Bras in November and needed to return them. The Return was approved on 11/17/23 and assigned #***A1E2011657. The return through the **** was received on 11/24/23 by *********************. Tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 22 I have repeatedly reached out through email (there is no phone # available) on 6 different times and have Never received any acknowledgment from this company. I have effectively been Ghosted. I am out $65.24 and dont even have the bras I paid for. Please advise me of any recourse I can take to recover my payment. Thank you,This company deserves 0 stars.**********

    Same thing as other reviews... only received part of the order (1/3 bras). When I first contacted them to let them know, I received a reply saying they needed 25 days to get the order fulfilled. After 6 weeks, I contacted them again, but they didn't respond. It has now been 9 weeks. It seems this is a pattern, charging for bras they don't deliver, and ignoring customers who call them out on it. Buyer beware.

    Save your money. I ordered the ***** underwrite sports bra. Sells on ********************* for $44.00. Says they are based out of ******, **. It took a month to get it and the tracking that I could figure out had it going through customs twice. Obviously it came from another country. Then I see the tag and label and it is a bra from Syrokan. I look up Syrokan and they are sold on Amazon for $22.00. And that is exactly what it it... a $22 bra. Don't waste your money.

    Paid for 3 bras, after 2 weeks, I received 2 of them. I returned them on my own and offered them a tracking number. I never got my refund of over $100 Ive email them and messaged them several times and never get a reply. Scam!! Terrible company do not buy from them!

    I ordered 2 bras from ********************* that took a while to receive even though I was charged for them immediately. I contacted ********************* asking where they were. A few days later I received an email from them that said they had been out of materials but they were expecting a shipment soon. About 2 weeks later I received 1 of the bras, even though it showed they shipped both bras. I've contacted them several times telling them I only received 1 of the bras but was charged for 2. I've never heard anything back from them. I also ended up returning the bra I received because of the fit. They did send me a refund for the returned bra, but it looks like they're going to make a profit off me for the bra I never received.
