    Then Townsend, now Victorian sales installed a heat pump in my home in 2016. I was told it was big enough to heat/cool my **** sq ft home. It was always cold in the winter, and the heat pump never shut off. It had been serviced once before finding nothing wrong. Called for a service this winter, and the technician told me that the emergency heat strips were wired wrong and never worked!!! Seven years of sky high electricity bills and propane to supplement their mistake. They have taken no responsibility even after admitting in writing that it was installed wrong. Then I get a bill for $800 of parts and labor to fix their mistake!!! I would never let them in my home or work on anything ever again. Now I have to pay someone else to come out to find a leak in the system because their technician couldnt! ****** girls are very professional, but the owner refuses to take a phone call from me!!! Pretty sad when the owner wont stand behind his own work. Absolutely pathetic!!!

    I almost forgot the five hours of labor they charged me, when they were only at my house for three and a half hours. They did fix the labor after I mentioned that I had the exact times the tech arrived and left my house from the security cameras.
