Five stars and more for honesty and integrity. STL Polyjack bid a job to lift and level a concrete slab and a portion of our garage that had settled. Provided a line by line description of the work to be done with the price breakdown. ****** picked up my phone call to him even as the office was closing to discuss the big difference in price from another bid. To note, STL Polyjack was $1500 cheaper due to the other company padding the cost with stuff I did not need or want. It was ****** who cleared this up for me without any pressure and without disparaging the other company. Pure class. I could not use them as I had foolishly signed a contract and put down a deposit with the first company that I had 3 days to rescind. I take the time to leave this review with the hope that you will contact STL Polyjack for fair and honest bid.
