    They are a scam. I purchased a Wonderwink #**** Navy blue XL scrub top from them on 1/28/2025 to which the money for the item left my bank account, but have not ever received a shipping notification email. When I attempted to call their customer service telephone number I received an automated voice stating the mailbox was full and the line disconnected. I have attempted to reach out via their customer service email as well. I find it very suspicious that an entity has no qualms about taking a customer's money without providing the product or any support on an order.

    They lie about the inventory. Charged my bank $160 for 4 pants that they dont even have in stock and on back order for a month. They said the product is IN STOCK. my bank was charged immediately! Received a email 2 days later that they dont even have the product and that it is on back order for a month. A company should never should never lie about the inventory on hand! Also A company should never charge a customer either until unless the product is is confirmed , removed from the inventory and shipped! I should never have been charged for something they dont even have and say it is IN STOCK! Never received my money back!

We have cancelled the order which will result in your financial institution releasing the hold on the funds.
