  ********* is a money hungry facility that takes advantage of the clients, as well as lies about the activities and we have no rights to half the stuff that is advertised. Do not go here!!

  Sana Lake is run by complete idiots. If you want to recover from drugs don't use this company. Keep using drugs and alcohol because this place encourages it in their sober living facilities. Unbelievable company. Please don't do here for anything recovery!

  My son went to Sana Lake in Dittimer, Mo back in July for detox. We paid them $7500. After detox, they coerced him to stay longer. My son felt he could not leave by what they were telling him. There was never any contract signed or talk of how much it would be to stay longer. We finally got him out so he could continue his follow up care in ***********, **. He went to meet his therapist and had group at the *********** location when released. We chose Sana Lake because there was a center in KS. Five days after being released from Sana lake, he went to follow up on his outpatient care, and there was a sign on the door, CLOSED!! They fired his therapist and he was left with no follow up care at all. We have a signed document stating all the support he would get after leaving Sana Lake. He did not get any of this. Now, 4 months later, my son received a bill in the mail for $3500 for the extra 4 days he stayed. He never was made aware it would cost more nor was there any documentation of this charge. They will not return our phone calls. My son did talk to the accounting department and they were threatening to take it to a collection agency. We did not even know there was a bill. ********* never disclosed this information to my son now to me. Please don't attend Sana Lake.

  This place is a joke they lie tell you what you want to hear to get you in there for your money these people are just another number to them they are under staff can't even look after all the members in their hilltop building they do what they want when they want because they have no one there watching those people people have died ** in this place due to the lack of staffing they lied their way when ***** come to do inspection they have a on going case of bed bugs the place is dirty they can't keep staff because they treat them like c*** half of the staff smoke weed on property this is by far the worst place to bring your love one's

  Never experienced anything like it my wife checks me in with a lady by the name of ********************* whom was just married not even two years ago she does my assment says I'm approved and we me her and my wife fill out the nessary paperwork and I place my wife down as emergency contact. So after my wife leaves knowing her husband is in good hands I am in total shock with what this perverted lady says to me your one **** mother f***** sitting their in that wife beater and all those tattoos. I get up and go out to smoke a cigarette I'm outside for about 30 minutes by myself unattended and under the drug meth. So because thus lady let's me know she's going to be staying all night come back and give her some d*** that the husband doesn't even like her watching **** .If my wife had not of talked to the officer that was called to the facility herself she would of had to believe what my po was saying to her on the phone that I'm suicidal to myself and that I'm a danger to others well being that I'm also homicidal to stay away from me .First of all this wasn't a court order this wad volunteer by myself for my addiction my po was not my emergency contact my wife wad ************* seen I was removed from the property before my wife was ever even contacted .This will all be going to court because no one should be allowed to take advantage of anyone seeking drug help .Had my wife not had k own this lady's behavior from a previous company they worked at this would have costed me my marriage about to post this all over their website she needs to be fired and charges need to be placed on her and sana lakes

  ********* saves lives everyday. The care is incredible and this place does more for there members than any other place in *****************. No one else is going to keep with me for years free of charge. No one is providing weekly sober activities. No one else has peers at their finger tips and a supportive community to hold our hands when we are down. Thank you **** Lake for all you do for us. You really care.

  Please be careful with these guys. They gave my son buprenorphine (Suboxone) and did not tritate (wean) him off before discharge. He came out just as addicted as when he went in. For a 30 day stay they have billed his insurance over ********** US. There is something going wrong with the facilities in *******. Please check out other options and make a better decision than we did.
