    I had a broken shower handle, piece of plastic broke. Person came to my house, told me had to replace the whole shower, trim, valve, shower head, etc. Estimate was over $1200.00. I didn't believe it so I took a picture of the broken part, got online and purchased it for $13.00. Another plumber replaced the part for nothing while here working on another issue. I selected **** ***************** because of their A+ rating on BBB. I was very disappointed.

    When I called I asked for them to come take a look and tell me what they thought was wrong with my ac. That information was obviously not forwarded to the technician. When he came he stated it needed Freon. I asked if that was the issue, oh yeah. Ok, Im not an hvac person. So took his word. I said it runs constantly and never shuts off. Oh this will do the trick. Hmm well then he asked do you want dye. What is dye I asked. It basically does their job for them as they cant see a leak with the naked eye. So $477.09 later and still at the same spot I was before I even called!!!! This was done on a Friday, I called Monday morning asking if the dye could be checked sooner then the 2 weeks he said to call back to have someone come out and look. The lady says no and that I had to wait the 2 weeks for the dye to work through the coils. I said let me guess another charge? Yup, cause we are coming out?!? Really??? First the technician did not say a word about another service charge, 2nd this dye is doing your job. 3rd $477.09 and still no difference then before! But oh yup thats my problem!! All I wanted was to find out if the system was to small for my place! I already had someone come out a week before them. I just wanted a 2nd opinion and didnt tell them because I didnt want them to care less or didnt do their job. Also didnt want to tell them what the previous guy said because i wanted them to think for themselves! Anyways the lady referred me to their customer complaint guy. Didnt hear from him so i called mid day the next day. Spoke with him. He says Ill call you back after I speak with my boss ok. Calls me back and says Ill have another technician come out and take a look at the unit and measure (this was after I told him what the first hvac *** said) this was Thursday a little after 10am that this last guy came. Friday passes and nothing, Monday comes still nothing so late afternoon Monday I had my husband call. Check their fb page.

    We have a full hvac service department that responds to calls in the order they are received. This customer requested a service call, not an estimate. The unit was low on freon. Advised the customer that freon could be added and coil cleaned plus dye added if she'd like to see if it could be repaired instead of replaced. She gave the go ahead to continue. Standard procedure is to wait two weeks for the dye to work it's way through the equipment. Customer did not want to wait two weeks. As a courtesy to customer, we sent the first available technician to do an INSPECTION of the entire hvac system at no charge. The customer was informed of our recommendations. After our experience with this customer, prefer to no longer do any work for them as we do not subject our employees to hostile work environments.

    We originally had this company out for a wellness check on our geo-thermal system. That was $500. 2 months later our compressor went out. We called them back. When the compressor finally came in they hooked it up wrong and tried to charge us for their s**** up. I called them and explained that I didn't think we should have to pay labor for something that they screwed up. They took money off the bill but it still cost us $3200. A month and a half later the connection is leaking to the compressor that they installed and now they are telling us they don't work on those anymore. We've spent $3700 with this company and now they don't work on those anymore! Terrible way to do business. They won't even warranty their work.

    We selected ********************************* to install a new ************ unit in our home recently and we are 100% happy with the results. They did a great job of installing the new unit and communicating everything we needed to know, answering our questions and even touched base later to make sure that everything was still working as expected. So glad we selected a local family owned company that still takes pride in everything that they do.
