You fed my wife false promises and when it came time to sit down with your recruiters for the final audition, the pit of despair sunk into my stomach as you fed her false hopes and empty praises. I told her that I do not think this is a great idea, and the hooks you sunk into her were so deep that she couldn't see the cracks in your script and praises.Review fromsean r

BEWARE OF THIS WOLF!I joined this agency and paid the bulk of their expensive tuition up front. And it is expensive for what you get! During the course of these 2 hour, weekly Zoom meetings, it was discovered that I had a tumour on my spinal cord! The pain was an issue so I called them immediately and spoke to 3 different people telling them of my health problems, asking each person to have a break from these classes to allow me time to recover my health before I continued. No one got back to me, EVER! At the same time, I sent them multiple emails with no response from them asking to continue my training once my health was better and was able to sit through their weekly two hour Zoom meetings with about a dozen, or more, other people. Still, no one ever got back to me and no one in that organisation ever called me, or emailed me one time, to see how I was feeling and figured out when I could return to their weekly meetings! On the fourth time that I called into their 800 number, I did finally speak to a woman who was trying to line me up with an audition, although I had not completed the course, for a modelling job. When I told this fourth woman of my situation, she said, I better tell someone even though I had already spoken to several other women about this. And soon after that call, they sent my account to a collection agency! A COLLECTION AGENCY! My credit is PERFECT and I have never missed any payment ever and now, besides dealing with my health issues, I have this insult to deal with!I have come to the conclusion that all **** Casablancas Agency is interested in is your wallet and check-book and nothing to do with you or your talent, or your health as a human being! In retrospect, I would not have spent the money on this expensive company and theyre so-called training, done my research and found a class or organisation that actually teaches acting and/or modelling! So if you are reading this review, beware of them! Beware!Review fromMaryClara L

I recently made a payment after a callback to this company and I very much regret it. I don't believe I was told the truth or trust that this company does what it claims to do. I paid $100 and spent a lot of time dedicated to the audtions and scheduling. I just want a chargeback.Review fromRachel S

My daughter and I fell victim to **** casablanca I was charged for 2 classes which my daughter never took nor was supposed to be able to take.I paid a $100 deposit to hold her in the agency until I was able to pay the remaining $290 and the $76 for classes and they took out of my account 2 payments of $76 for classes she NEVER took. She was not supposed to be able to take class until I paid. the $290 remaining deposit so I do not know why I was charged for classes not taken nor, according to them was she able to take because they did not get their money yet??When calling the ********** no answer and no return phone call.Review fromJannely Q.

************************** of modeling and acting has personally contacted me through phone. They Set me an audition date and time. I go through with the first audition. Having to register, retain, and retrieve a script given to me for a commercial. They put us in a waiting room in the zoom call to tell us if we made the cut or not. They do a one on one with each zoom caller stating, The benefits of joining the company and how over the course of three years $2500.00 USD. Would generally guarantee a shot and spot in the **************************. $278.00.00 USD for an X amount of months. $83.00 USD a Week for X amount of months. I was told I had to make a decision before the end of the zoom call.Review fromPaula C

Just had the second interview as my child was a call back and one of the three chosen ones. Never transparent about the fees, when I mentioned this, there was immediately some tension. This could have absolutely been mentioned in the 1st interview. Someone selling a scam for a living should very much know that $2,000 is nothing something pulled out of thin air. I was reading these reviews as well as Reddit as the scam was occurring in my face in real time. They immediately wanted to know how we were paying the surprise $2,000 upfront, weekly, or monthly and was courteous enough to give us a second off cam to decide. Additionally, how are you a top modeling agency, with only 500 on Instagram and your employees interviewing for training have no clue how to speak or put on their make up? These scams are sad, but a learning experience in a sense but still disappointing to young girls.Review fromFa O

Please do not fall victim to this agency's predatory practices. It is true they will have you sign a contract to continue their program of "talent classes". In my instance my child fell victim to this as she was interested in pursuing some talent opportunities. Once she was selected on a second cut the agency made us sit in on another interview. The agent that told us to move forward with having any further opportunity my daughter would have to complete a series of classes that at the end of completion would include a professional portfolio and a ** agent. The total of classes and portfolio neared 2K. They want a significant sum of money up front without a trial class. The classes are held on zoom and the instructors do seem to have verifiable credentials however the classes are filled with children of all ages, some clearly with behavioral issues and unable to follow instructions in a zoom environment and zero talent. It is a circus and a joke. One class was all it took to realize we had been scammed. We dropped the program but ** has put my account in collections per the contract agreement. Protect yourselves, have a professional portfolio done for yourself, audition and take classes on your own and get your money's worth. They are not an admirable, professional or accountable agency.Review fromDavid C

These people are criminals. I feel so stupid for engaging with them; they are excellent at showering people interested in acting o modeling with complements to take their money for "training" only to deliver power point presentations. It is difficult calling them a "scam" because they deliver sacks of c*** and call it model/actor training. They are low, and make me believe in a higher power that delivers justice I cannot. Lastly: despite already satisfying the payment owed on separation, they sent my name and address to *********************************** My credit score is over 750. I pay my debts. These people deserve that special place below.John Casablancas Modeling & Career Center

We have reviewed Mr ********* review and find it interesting that he makes comments concerning the content of the training since he only attended the first class and never came back. How he could determine its all just power point presentations and "sacks of crap" after attending one session is beyond us. We are sorry things didn't work out for Mr. ********* and wish him the best of luck moving forward.John Casablancas Modeling & Career Center

Since you only attended one class of the program it is difficult to understand your assessment of our entire company. Each person has the opportunity to contact our ************* Team in order to have any issues addressed. We wish you the best moving forwardReview fromMelissa D

We spent time on the phone with ****** and she was trying to recruit my son to pay for modeling classes. It sure felt like a scam. ****** wasted our time. She was rude and did not do well with our honest comments about the information we researched on the Better Business Bureau. ****** claimed that she HEARD OUR conversation even though it would be PRIVATE between my ******** discussing their overpriced classes and she did not like it. When we came back up, she was angry and scolded us for our honest PRIVATE conversation that was not actually private. Consumer BEWARE.John Casablancas Modeling & Career Center

It is never our desire to have any feel they are being treated unfairly. We do not understand what is meant by private conversations on the phone between her and her son. We have no way to listen to people's private conversations. We hope her and her find what they are looking for moving forward.
