  Around the Clock in Cape Girardeau, MO has served my Mother with a necklace alarm for many years. My Mom has felt safe and confident by having it near her for emergencies. My family has felt secure knowing she could use it in case she fell and help would immediately be there to assist her situation. ***** and *** are excellent sales and service people. A+ on customer service to both of them.

  "Around the Clock" is a company equal to no other, faithfully they supported each of my aging parents, even when they may be away from home, and when I couldn't be there it was as though an ***** truly had them covered. I could count on them to keep me informed, they faithfully made sure their equipment was working and never lost connection in the event of an emergency.They were personable, and always friendly and compassionate. And as rare as it is to talk to a real person that I can understand and not have to keep selecting a number or be forwarded again and again has truly allowed me to have faith in their company.I would use their services again or refer them highly to all those I love and care for.

  Around the Clock is awesome! They are very kind, professional and helpful. It was an excellent experience for my uncle. It helped him stay at home a little longer and I felt comfortable knowing that they would respond when he needed help. It was necessary for him to use their services at three different times and they were very prompt each time in getting him the help he needed. I would definitely recommend them!

  My moms life was absolutely saved because of her Around the Clock medical alert pendant. Shes 89 years old and is still able to live on her own. This week she fell when she was leaving her house and suffered a bad head injury. She immediately started losing a lot of blood, due to her temporal artery being split open in the fall. She was unable to get to her phone so she pushed the medical alert button and help was on the way. When the paramedics arrived, she had lost a lot of blood, despite trying to apply pressure to the wound. They said she would have bled to death had she not been wearing her Around the Clock medical alert pendant. Because of it, we still have time in this world with our mom. We are forever grateful!I would like to add that we needed to replace her pendant due to the accident. I called ***** at the **************, ** office and not only did they take care of getting us what we needed, but she and Les also cleaned my moms chain and attached the new pendant for us. They had such sincere gratitude for being able to keep my mom safe! I would recommend them and their company to anybody!! Superb customer service!! Its so nice to talk to real people rather than recordings! Money well spent!!
