Stock photography prints can be returned for full refund within 30 days.
For local custom photography (within 50 miles of Cape Girardeau), down payments are fully refundable for jobs that are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot. For jobs outside the area that do not require air travel, cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot to be eligible for full refund. For jobs that require air travel, cancellations must be made prior to air and hotel arrangements being made.
Custom photography fees may be partially refundable during or after a job has been completed depending on circumstances. We work hard to ensure our clients are happy with the content and quality of our work. We will retake images if possible and adjust the bill where it seems appropriate. Sitting fees, set-up fees, and travel and shipping expenses are not generally refundable.
Custom photography payments/downpayments are fully refundable if we cancel the shoot for any reason at any time.
