    I Would absolutely recommend this company. We had a frozen pipe burst that caused substantial water damage to multiple areas of our home. Rapid Dry was very prompt in responding and getting a team to our home quickly. **** and Dallas, as well as ******, were fantastic and worked so well together. For 2+ weeks they were prompt, professional, respectful, with efficient communication. They worked hard, were quiet, clean, helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. A big thank you!to ***** and his team. We would definitely use Rapid Dry again.

    ?????????? Awesome Experience with Rapid Dry!Just wanted to give a big shoutout to **** and Dallas from Rapid Drythese guys were amazing! Super professional, easy to talk to, and they really knew what they were doing. From the moment they showed up, they were on itquick, efficient, and super thorough.They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right. Its not every day you come across people who take that much pride in their work, and it definitely showed.If you need a team thats reliable and does great work, definitely go with Rapid Dry.     Rapid Dry was the 2nd company we called after we couldnt get the first one out to our house. They responded immediately, took care of a big job in one day, and came to check on the drying progress each day until it was dried out. Crew was phenomenal, very friendly and professional. Shout out to ****** and ****! ** strongly recommend Rapid Dry to anyone that needs these services.

    Timely response to our sewer issue. Grant the estimator made the process easy. ************* took care of clean up, tear out & were extra helpful w/ requests to set aside countertop & undamaged cabinet doors.

    I am so grateful Rapid Dry was the first company I called after we experienced water damage in our home. *****, the owner, shows up to our house within an hour of my first phone call to ***** the damage. The very next morning **** and Dallas showed up to begin the work. They stayed all day long, never taking a break, until the job was complete. They were kind to my dog and even played football with my kids. **** and Dallas were professional, efficient and even though the circumstances werent ideal, they were so pleasant to have in our home all day! I will recommend Rapid Dry to anyone who is in need of water mitigation services!

    The response time was phenomenal. I called late in the AM and ***** was at my house by 3PM. He gave me a detailed explanation of what would have to be done. He also gave me an on the spot estimate of the cost. The very next day **** arrived and began the clean up of the water damage in our basement bath. He spent 4 hours cleaning out and treating all the water damaged wall, baseboard and carpeting. Both ***** and **** were truly professional. They were extremely kind and respectful. I would definitely recommend Rapid Dry if you have any sort of water damage.
