      We went through the assessment for my son and determined the needs. I asked several times if online support would work and was told, yes it would work. Several things happened which are shady and just bad business:- I was told that my son would receive 1-on-1 tutoring. In the first session, we find out it is not 1-on-1 tutoring and that the tutor has multiple kids around her. She disappeared from the zoom screen, was distracted by other kids in the room when she was on the screen with my son.- I called to discuss the situation and was told that going forward the situation will be rectified.- The next week, both on Tuesday and Thursday nobody from the center shows up online. I got a not very helpful message after Tuesday, after the no-show on Thursday, nobody reached out to me. When I called and inquired and complained about the no-shows, I was told, I should have called. The center has all my contact information and could have called as well. I was told that it was all our fault even so I have screenshots showing that host "sylvan learning center" did not show up.Avoid this business. False advertising and no real care for the kids.
