  I rented a house, site unseen, from RPG last summer. The house had plumbing and electrical issues, it was not painted (as promised), it was filthy, and it had mice. After several contenious exchanges, most of the issues were resolved. Fast forward, I inquired about renewing my lease and was informed the property was rented to someone else 6 months ago because I said I was UNSURE about renewing 7 months out from my lease renewal date. I was never informed I was not able to renew. Now, most rental property in the area is spoken for. I have never been a day late on the rent and I have taken excellent care of the property despite the condition it was in when I moved in. The company is dirty. They will take your money, they will lie to you, they will rent you property that is not in the condition promised. I wish I would have known. PLEASE read all negative reviews here and elsewhere with careful consideration. I have been a renter for nearly 30 years and I have never been a situation this bad.

  Company is not an honest company the integrity is not to be valued I was allowed to move due to medical reasons supplied from a licensed medical doctor as agreed from the management. I did not break a lease I left the apartment clean kept communication they kept telling me for 30 days I will recieve my deposit now the owner is telling me I wont receive my deposit due to a ************************** inspection fail. My ******** ***************** caseworker told me and sent me the contract where legally you cannot keep a tenant deposit due to an inspection failing. The unit failed twice going back-and-forth with the agency the owner ***** ******* kept coming up with different excuses I supplied and sent over every document he requested he has yet to call me back or the caseworker over at ***************** back I feel like this is theif, fraud and this is not a good company to lease for him. When I started asking for legal information so I could further this the young lady who I was speaking to hung up on me in my face trying to call back they ignore my calls this is not business this is not professional and this just isnt right these are what you call slumlords they knew they were going to try to keep my Deposit and he added on different charges again I took pictures I cleaned the unit I left the keys I have never been treated like this from anyone Ive always gotten my deposit back this company has a bad character reference other people told me when they took over the big unit in the middle of my lease I was not going to be happy with them. So Its fair to say Im not the last or the first that theyve done this to this is how they win trying to keep peoples deposit be fair be right! Furthermore no one wants to live around apartment where the management company allows drug attics and drug sales to go on I have several police reports of the drug activity nothing was done so I do believe this is being done in malice and they are trying to get me back retaliation.
