  A-1 returns calls slowly, if ever, but are quick to send inflated bills. I recently requested a storage container from A-1.. They did not arrive on the morning I was told to expect them and when I called I was told I would be called back. (The lady answering the phone is very pleasant but do not expect a return call in any kind of timely manner). I called again hours later and was told the driver was in the lot and she would check and let me know. Finally they called just at their closing time left a message saying they would deliver the next morning. The next morning the driver arrived about 10:00, looked at my property and said he could not place the container. I have every reason to believe there was ample room and solid surface to enter and deliver the container. He chose not to and drove away, spending less than 10 minutes at the property. Within 2 hours I received an invoice for $275.00; the full price for actually delivering the container. I called and received another promise of a return call. I have emailed and gotten no response. There was no contract, no instructions given or published on requirements for delivery and certainly no commitment to pay for something never delivered. Very little professional courtesy. I also tried to contact their billing company , ************.com , which is apparently separate from A-1, and again got no response other than another **** a month later.
