  They do great work. We had a toilet leak, and they replaced the wax ring. If they come out to your home it is $80 some dollars which is waved if they do the work. That is the only downside is you cannot get estimates unless you want to pay which they inform you before they come out to your home. They do great work and you get what you pay for. I could probably get cheaper somewhere else but they are professional, quick and do the job right.

  This is the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to work with. I needed a camera inspection in order to identify the source of a sewer smell. After taking off work to meet the technician, we waited all day, but the camera technician didn't show because he was caught up in another job. I tried to reschedule, but they said that they could not guarantee that he would show on that day either. It was simply "out of their control." I hired a different company to do the camera inspection. That company actually showed up and identified a separated pipe under the slab foundation. He marked the spot where the repair was needed but indicated that we would have to find a different company to do the repair. I called MasterTech to see if this was a service they could do. I was told that they could. I received reassurances that they would actually show this time and that they would be able to do the repair the same day. After taking off work once again to meet their serviceman, I received a call saying the camera guy was on the way. Shocked, I asked them why they would be sending a camera guy and (since it was after noon by the time they called) would the repair still be done that day. The person told me the repair wouldn't be done that day and couldn't be done until THEIR camera person had identified the problem. So after two days of lost wages, we still have a sewer line draining waste under our foundation. MasterTech did not fulfill their obligation on either scheduled appointment.

  Purchased maintenance plan. Tech came out to do annual furnace maintenance. Said I needed to replace a capacitor during service. About $75. Within hours after he left, the furnace control board burned up. Luckily we had the unit open and saw what was happening. Ended up spending another $650 for control board and installation. Prior to the "maintenance", the furnace worked fine with no problesm. I do not have the knowledge to prove it was the tech's error-but I don't believe the control board just happened to catch fire soon after he worked on the furnace. It took 3 days to get heat again.

  I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR LEAKING ******* JUST 2 DAYS AFTER IT WAS "FIXED" THE SECOND TECH TIGHTENED THE LOOSE NUTS, THIS COST ME AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF 70 DOLLARS THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE. 2ND I HAD THEM COME OUT TO REPAIR MY FURNACE THIS IS THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM THAT I HAD LESS THAN 2 YEARS EARLIER THAT COST ME APPROXIMATELY $150.00, IT WOULD HAVE COST ME ANOTHER $150.00. MY WIFE AND I ARE RETIRED I AM A VETERAN AND I THINK THIS COMPANY HAS LITTLE OR NO CARE FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEREFORE I CANNOT IN GOOD CONSCIENCE RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. BUYER BEWARE.
