Customers who purchase a Learning Membership may cancel the Learning Membership and future payments thereunder for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase, but are not entitled to receive a refund for any unused hours that were purchased. Customers who purchase a package may seek a refund of unused tutoring hours up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they participate in at least one session with a tutor obtained through Varsity Tutors’ platform during that time.
