    I ordered a hat that I never received. I have contacted the company painfully through email because you can't call them. And I have had two interactions from them and they stopped talking to me. Im frustrated because one of the things they want me to do is spend more money to get a new hat. I own a business as well and if I treated my customers the way they are treating me I would be out of business. All I want is my hat that I paid for. I do not recommend this company.

    This business needs to be shut down. Very unprofessional, unethical, and they have no clue what customer service means. I have been waiting on a product I ordered over a month ago and no one can tell me anything about where it is. Do NOT buy from this company.

    Poor order fulfillment practices. Ordered 2 hats, was charged for 2 hats plus shipping on both, only got one hat and no notice from this company that my order was short and no intention of refunding what they didnt ship. All I got was a promo code for a future order. I think this should be illegal. If you cant fulfill an order then a cash refund should be required. So go to order again and the promo code is applied and have to pay tax and shipping all over again for something I already paid for tax and shipping when they didnt fulfill my order.

    Ordered 2 shirts and a hat, once checked out they email me order confirmation with pics of exactly what I ordered, then 6 days later I get another email that has my order but the hat is not the same one I ordered. I have emailed customer service a few times with no response. Just want what we ordered

    Placed a order the 18th of July and the money was taken from the card I placed the order with, just for the company to cancel my order with no email or anything to let me know why. I've emailed numerous time and not one reply and have not received a refund or a response!!! Very disappointed!!!

    There are times when specific hat styles become unavailable due to stock limitations. In these cases, we promptly inform customers via email about the out-of-stock items and suggest suitable alternatives. If a customer does not respond within the given timeframe, their orders will be canceled and converted into store credits. Unfortunately, some of our emails may mistakenly end up in spam folders. Therefore, we advise regularly checking your spam folder to ensure you receive all our communications.

    Placed an order back on a Prime Sale Day for 2 hats at $19.99 each. After a couple of weeks not receiving the hats, I sent an email to find out the status of my order. Customer support responded back and said that there was an error on their end and it didnt go through. Rather than honoring the sale price they just played run around and ultimately gave me a refund. I didnt want the refund as I just wanted the hats or even something comparable to show my support for our Lord at the price I was initially offered.I contacted Will the owner about this via phone calls and messages but he never returned my calls. This is too bad because the way they treated me is quite contrary to the mission of their company (and I was also a repeat customer.) Unfortunately, I cannot trust this company to do the right thing and therefore do not recommend them at all. I question their motives and think it is more about profit than mission.

    Purchase a hat from this company which cost me nearly 40 bucks. Did not like the way the hat fit had to pay $7 or $8 in shipping to send back. Their customer service is almost non-existent very very slow, when they finally answered the company owner will charge me $5 to put a hat back on the shelf and another $8 for shipping I and supposed to get $22.99 in a refund. As of today I still have not received a refund left over 15 emails and no one will respond back a really really bad experience with this company they could do a lot better!

    I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this shady company. I first ordered a hat L/XL size as the rest of my hats are. The hat was massive. So I thought I'll order the S/M size hat and return the L/XL size. Within 1 hour I cancelled the second order as I thought it better to complete the return of the first hat to either get a refund or a store credit. After which I would then order accordingly. Apparently, on a Saturday less than 1 hour after I placed the second order the hat was too far into "processing" for them to cancel. I have Multiple emails, explaining what my issue was and requests to cancel the second order. These were ignored for days. Now I have a giant hat and I have been charged for the second order which I have not received, yet the tracking information says delivered. This company is a joke, there is no reason that the second order couldn't have been canceled. I have emails with time stamps proving my case. They are blatantly ignorant and refused and now have stolen my money as I have only the first hat they sent.... which is massive. Their response to the missing item was "deal with it yourself". This company needs a serious ****** in ethics.

I recently had a troubling encounter with this company that compels me to warn others in our community.I am awarding "Our True God" a rating of 1 star due to their involvement in shady practices surrounding their website, which appears to be designed to deceive and manipulate customers into purchasing more products than they intend or desire. As a person of Christian ****** I find these actions profoundly troubling and entirely contradictory to our shared values of honesty, integrity, and fairness.Upon realizing the situation and attempting to rectify it by canceling my order within minutes, I was met with resistance from the company. Shockingly, I was informed that it was already too late to cancel, despite the immediacy of my request. This refusal to accommodate a reasonable request demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and contradicts the principles of genuine care and respect.Faced with no other recourse, I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company to address the unauthorized charges. My team didn't get an email from you to cancel until the order had already been processed, but don't worry!
