      Really disappointed with this ***. I moved into a nice neighborhood where treestone properties manages the *** and they have been nothing but a hassle with trying to get a fence, and a deck approved. I have a builder who has provided all the information for the builds, and it keeps repeatedly getting declined. I have called multiple times to see why this approval process keeps getting denied and they won't answer my phone calls and all they say is it "needs more information" which I have submitted screenshots of the deck material and submitted very specific details about the material that will be used and still no response in the approval process.

      According to the waterside crossing HOA, tree stone prevented elections from occurring for about 18 years. The waterside ***************** said this publicly during the meeting and was never allowed to be questioned. As a result I have been unable to recover thousands in damages that occurred while they were the management company. There should be jail time for preventing elections for almost 2 decades. How do the guilty parties get away with this?

      We have found these accusations to be completely false and bordering on slander. As the property management company for this association for many years, multiple elections took place. Every year nomination forms are sent out. Until the last several years, this community had a full functioning Board per the governing documents. As a management company, we do not have the ability to prevent elections from happening. 


      The previous board president moved out of their home due to harassment from this homeowner. 


      We are no longer the management company and cannot speak on any elections since the transition.

      Treestone took over as my ***s management company in early 2023. Our neighborhood has community mailboxes which means my neighbors deliver my mail as often as ***** Had never heard of Treestone until I received a letter saying they had placed a lien on my property for non payment of *** fees. Never received a single piece of mail from them until being told I had a lien on my property. Tried to pay the *** fees and late fees and appeal the lien. Problem only way to pay you MUsT pay the lien. The lien doesnt goto the *** it goes to Treestone. The appeal doesnt goto the *** it goes to Treestone who wants the money. Talked to our *** board who agree putting liens on homes without using certified mail is nuts. From what I can gather their sole business model is fining people.

      Husband has made numerous attempts to call, put in request online and yet we cannot even get a phone call back but if I check the status of the request claim it shows they have completed the requested work that they havent even called us back about, let alone made a trip out to check on the issue. Also, the request that was put in shows that the management has seen my requests and yet it sits in a box unresponsive and disregarded. This company is quite possibly one of the most unprofessional businesses and yet our community has no choice but to continue making payments for them to literally do nothing!!! Horrible communication!!!

      Treestone refuses to even respond to our repeated requests, or actually remove the illegally parked vehicle/work truck with expired plates from our property. We have submitted multiple requests to have the vehicle removed that have all been completely ignored.

      Good afternoon, 


      **************** was entering her request through the ****************** instead of her sub association. We have received the requests and are working with the ***** of ********* of the sub association to get further direction on how they want to handle the situation. We will then follow the direction of the ***** of *********. 


      I have two messages from ****************. Both were on 5/23/23. One at 4:20 pm and the other at 4:22 pm. Our office closes at 4:30 but her call was returned within 24 hours. 


      In summary, ******************** requests were not ignored but simply submitted to the wrong area. Once this was brought to our attention it was quickly addressed along with a return call.

      Treestone Properties, employees, and management are consistently standoffish, rude, and uninformed. Over the last 5 years I've had them as property managers they have repeatedly closed out work orders without addressing issues, failed to respond to requests, hung up on phone calls when they're asked about work issues, and management hasn't called back one time that they claim they will. Do yourself a favor and find another company to manage your property.

      Mr. and ***************** have neglected to pay their ********************* dues for the last two years. Statements are sent to the Powers each year in December. Late feel notices were sent to the Powers in 2021 and 2022 stating a late fee has been assessed. Failure to pay the dues have resulted in liens on the property and involving an attorney. Prior to each step, letters were sent to the homeowner. All action taken is in accordance with the association's governing documents.
