    Was notified that a collection had been placed on my credit report from these guys. For a place I've never been, for an account from 6 years ago, for a debt I've never EVER been contacted about prior to this. I contacted the listed original creditor (a surgical center in my hometown) and verified I've never had a bill with them. When I called ARC to tell them they had the wrong person they refused to send me documentation of the debt, hung up on me when I pressed them for it, and when I tried to email them about it, surprise surprise, the email address on their website is not valid. I've disputed the posts with the credit bureaus and gotten them removed. Pretty sure these guys are ********.

    It is impossible to pay these people or get ahold of anyone. Can't create and account online, it doesn't recognize the account code, no way to contact through their website. Why put something on a credit report and then make it impossible to even access your account?
