    I am only leaving one star marked because the site requires it. The star is completely undeserved and represents an inaccurate rating. My rating is ZERO stars! I hired Backyard Handyman Services to install windows and replace flooring and siding on my house. The project began in Nov, 2021 and to date, NOTHING is completed and I have never received either receipts or the approximately $10,000 refund for supplies owed to me. My windows are without trim and several improperly set. My house is covered in tattered house wrap. My floors are cut improperly and the trim isn't even secured to the floor or wall in many places. All of the corners are complete disasters. I have hundreds of texts filled with every excuse imaginable why he couldn't come finish the work, why he needs more money, and why he can't give my money back. The latest messages are basically promising I will get my money back when I remove any negative reviews from social media. All are available for anyone interested to review, along with photo and video evidence of the horrible, incomplete workmanship. Avoid Backyard Handyman Services!
