    American Water contracted with HDD Solutions to replaced aged water lines on my street. After the outside work was complete, the inside water pressure was extremely low. American Water came out and verified how low the pressure was and put me in touch with the subcontractor - HDD Solutions. I spoke to ****** ****** who was extremely kind and courteous offering to send out a plumber to check the pressure, remove the indoor water meter (which entailed cutting a hole into the drywall and could possibly contribute to lower pressure), clear out debris from the faucet. He communicated that he would take care of patching the cutout to no cost to me. The plumber came out, verified the low pressure, proceeded to clear debris in the kitchen sink and hall bath tub and broke a piece of the spout where the water comes out and fills the tub (my husband stood and observed as he said I don’t want to break, I don’t want to break it, I just broke it). For the kitchen sink, water poured underneath the sink, which had not happened before. He left with the old bathroom spout and told me to go to ******** ****** on **** ****** for a replacement. I went to ******** ******, they proceeded to offer a replacement that did not match the shower head or knob to control the water temp and pressure. I ordered a new faucet, as I had no other option to have a matching set. I immediately contacted ****** *******, who reluctantly told me he would reimburse me for the bathroom faucet and send out his plumber to install. This all occurred on 2/22/23, today is 4/3/23 and ****** will not return my calls or complete what he agreed to do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING ANYONE WHO GOES AGAINST THEIR WORD. I chose one star only because I could not otherwise submit this review.
