    The hotel was dark, dingy, and when we entered the room the mattresses looked like they had seen better days. We pulled back the sheets and found something on them. At that point, we decided to leave in case their was bug infestation or other things we could not tell where there. We went back to the front desk only to be told that we were put in the section of the they were remodeling. They then tried to tell me they would give me an updated room. By this time, I was freaked out by this hotel. I had one night booked with points (the first night) and the second night I was to pay with my cc. They assured me they were canceling my reservation, but I get home to find out they charged my cc. When I called the corporate customer service line, they said I was a no-show! When I tried to talk with someone at the facility I was disconnected (maybe an accident), was hung up on and accused of threatening when all I said when explaining what had occurred was that I was ticked and I had been told after the event by some locals that it was not a good place. It was nightmare trying to get points back which I did, but my cc company reinstated my money with the knowledge that if they refunded me, the cc company would remove what they put in. This company is a fraud. Read the trip advisor reviews, and you will see where other individuals have been charged more or charged for extra nights.
