    Very judgemental and rude I am In the middle of moving. Company said no charge for service animals and I have a 8 pd cat and she asked if I told about the per and I said no not yet I just fo him here last night and he is service qualified she demanded the papers ir else and I explained they all In the storage and idk exactly where and she charged me even though I showed his support vest....and then accused ** of smoking in the room and we never did we did outside....I set outside in thw beautiful warm air for 2 hrs playing on my phone and smoking and always happy serene and then was accused of fighting when we were not fighting I have hearing issues and talk loudly and that didn't matter either!!!! Floors were nasty and let.my feet all black and all in all better than the streets I guess
