    So I went to Dash Pawn Yesterday and bought my son a PS5 for my son ************** 17 Birthday for $400.. when we got it home the disc drive did not work and the remote controller did not work while playing rhe game. And the system has someone else's profile on it with the name **** WITH HER PICTURE ON IT. WHEN I CALLED THEM TODAY THEY MADE UP SOME ***** TEYING TO SAY THAT THEY WERE CUSSED SO THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK . THIS IS THE SAME PLACE THAT USED TO BUY STOLEN PROPERTY FROM INDIVIDUALS THAT I can name if need too!!!

    Good Morning!

     She bought the item a few days before she made the complaint and when she called she started yelling and when I asked if it has been dropped then she started cussing and threatening so I hang up the phone.  We made sure it worked before she bought the item and she saw it working. A few hours later her son came in the store which I thought he brought the item back but he didnt and instead started bad mouthing us and even spitting on our floor. So, we didnt give a refund at all. We normally refund customers if they are not happy with what they bought, but because of their behavior I chose not to. 

    I have a big store policy sign inside the store that all used items are sold AS IS and are welcome to try before they buy. 

    After all the spitting, yelling and cussing it concerns me as to what else they are capable of doing to my place of business.
