      The property I am renting through Majeed investment was Shot a total
      of 22 times according to police report. Me and my entire family (3
      daughters and pregnant wife) were inside at the time of the incident. As
      a result the windows are shattered as well as the glass on the front
      door. We made a police report and provided police with video recording
      from our home security system, But we do not know who the perpetrators
      were. When we made the Landlord aware of the situation he became very
      disrespectful and Blamed us for the damages he said they were after us
      and it is our fault. He also said that he will not fix the damages and
      it was up to us to fix it. I had to go and spend money out of pocket to
      board up the doors and windows that are riddled with bullet holes just
      to feel safe enough for us to sleep. He then requested his Rent and said
      if we don’t pay him he is going to evict us. We have rented this
      property for 2 years and have never been late on rent even Once. We also
      have never filed complaints against him even though There are always
      problems that we make him aware of and he never comes to fix anything.
      We are being discriminated against and now he is trying to wrongfully
      evict us. When I told him that his insurance should cover the damages
      because a crime was committed he replied ( my insurance has nothing to
      do with you.) This is a horrible company and something needs to be done
      about the way he is treating the people of this community.


      Horrible, sewage problems, No insulation, and if anything breaks or wears down either you fix it or it doesn’t get fixed.
