    First off, I want to say my car is lowered and has aftermarket parts.I took my car to Carrender Collision to have an alignment done, six hours after the promised time I would have me car back I received a call from ***** the owner asking if I could pay an additional $100 since it took his mechanic all do to do a simple four wheel alignment. I declined the extra fee and he accepted. After the alignment was completed I installed new wheels on my car (rubbed on my test drive). since the new wheels rubbed I rolled the fenders on the car to make room. Soon thereafter the car was taken on a road trip to ***** **. on the way home one of the camber bolts the shop had tightened came loose and made my wheel hit my strut, ruining both in the process. on the side of the road I had to service the car and fix the problem so I could make the three hour drive home. The next day I visited the business and was told that since I installed the bolt before the shop touched it there was no problem. we later scheduled an appointment for the shop to look at the damage the next day. upon the shop investigating ***** said since the tire rubbed the fender he is not responsible to the damage to the wheel and strut on my car, he claims that is what caused the bolt to come loose and not improper torque. No resolution or help was offered, just told to have a good day. absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received.
