    I love BG Vet Clinic. They have always been our trusted go-to for our pets and farm animals. From walking us through at-home options on the phone to help our goat, to sending us the most heartfelt card and message when we had to put our beloved 15.5 year old lab down. Just this week, Dr. ****** fit my dog in for a procedure, making time to see him so he wasnt suffering. What a blessing to have access to such an incredible and caring team of animals doctors and support staff. I cant recommend Bowling Green Vet Clinic enough; youll be hard pressed to find better people!

    If I could give this place less than a one star review , I definitely would. Lack of communication , liars , an unorganized business. There must be a revolving door at this place .... the turn over they have with employees is unreal . Speaks volumes of how this clinic is run . I just so happened to be at the back door of building when the door was left opened . To my horror , dead animals lying on the concrete floor. The smell of death smacking me in the face, the disgusting conditions of bodily fluids leaking on the floor . If customers/clients knew where their beloved pet ended up , they'd be devastated. Seeing this at the same time someone was folding laundry near by . SMH!

    I don't think that we lied to a client. We are not unorganized. We haven't had any staff turnover. I have not hired a new person in more than 18 months. I don't understand what the person about the smells he is smelling. We have a freezer so we do not leave dead animals around to produce. I don't believe there is any truth to these allegations and have photos to prove it.

    Dr ***** that treated my 9y/o daughters horse missed his vein with a sedative and caused an abcest in his neck. It got really big and infected and kept him from eating. She tried telling us it was another disease and charged us even more money and STILL didn't fix the problem and refuses to fix her 2 time mess up or refund our money. She is a terrible Vet and part owner in this business with terrible customer service. If she doesn't care about animals or people then she should go be a politician. She really really sucks to say the least. Di yourself a favor and steer clear of this Vet clinic. We wouldn't bring a hamster to them with all the time, money and heartache they have created in our family. Our daughter has been devastated to say the least. Dr *****, you failed us big time.
