      I was very unimpressed with my experience with this rental property manager. Do not recommend. Dont plan on getting your full deposit back, even if the property is in better condition when you leave than when you moved in.2 stars on ****** reviews seems a bit optimistic in my opinion.

      We reached out to the tenant after addressing this with the owner. The bill was charged to the tenant, the of that property agreed to waive the bill and is being refunded.

      We spent weeks with this company trying to get approval on a rental application. They kept requesting different information. And then denied us on ********** history which they had the entire time. I know four residents that lived in this apartment with no rental history at all.

      We process applications based on 3 main things, background check, residential history and income. All 3 of those are weighed together. They were denied, based on not having stable employment history and inconsistent residential history. It is always are goal to rent to those who apply, this is why we tried to get as much info on these two areas as we could so that we could find away to rent to them. Unfortunately, they were not able to provide proof in both areas and we could not move forward with their applications. Our requirements are lined out before a perspective can even fill out an application and they signed that they understood and agreed.

      Tenant, did not follow their lease and ** trying to work with tenant and follow up, is not harassment.
