    Bad business you can not trust her. She will lie about filing taxes and then come to find out the taxed were not even filed. I would suggest not to do business with her.

    We had used Taxes N More for several years while living in ********************. We relocated to ******** and planned to continue having our taxes done by the same business. In April 2022, we sent two years of tax information including our original W2s, information regarding my home employment as well as detailed logs of being PR of my mothers estate. Here we are now in July 2023 and we literally have sent numerous texts and made innumerable phone calls trying to get either our paperwork mailed back to us or our taxes completed to no avail. We have been told her house burned, shes sent the taxes electronically, that she wont file them without payment so we mailed a check, etc, etc. it is a different song and dance every attempt at a contact. At this point, all we ask if for our paperwork to be returned so we can move on from this insanity and get our taxes filed. The lack of professionalism and level of deceit is unlike anything we have every dealt with! If you want dependable, trustworthy, and an upstanding tax service, please save yourself a lot of stress and bypass Taxes N More at all cost!
