    I called ***** with AA tree service and he gave me a quote. When he showed up on the job site to do the work, after he mistakenly coming the day before, he tried to double the price. This was after I already had the electric lines taken down at the house. Very unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your time.

    This review does not reflect our company. We are a small tree service that runs 1 crew.There are many flaws with this review. - ***** is not an estimator (so he did not provide the quote)-we did not come the day before (electric company does not do line drops on sundays, nor do we work on sundays)-lines were not taken down (electric company can verify)- customer added on extra tree the day we arrived, ***** (Groundsman) called customer to tell him the quote would be ********************* - customer then proceeded to say get the ****** tree down. How hard can it be?- after hearing response from customer, we decided the best option at this point was to depart (avoiding any conflicts)- ***** had to block this customer from his phone due to many harassing call backs

    Don't know what else to say. They had one simple job that was planned 2 months prior.... Why they called to ask me what tree to take down after already meeting them over there while getting the bid to have it taken down just shows how unprofessional and unreliable this company is.
