Do not do any business with this company. We currently have multiple reputable businesses in the St. Louis area for over 5 years. W went into business with *** ********* and his colleagues from August 2020 to August 2022. We assumed we were getting the best rate and they were ethical. However, nothing could be further from the truth. We had a competitor come to us and said they could save us thousands. This was absolutely true and when we canceled with *** he asked for the competing rates and that he would be happy to match. Not sure why we wouldn't have the lowest rate without having a competitor offer us a much lower rate, to begin with. We then canceled all processing with them for our previous companies but had a new company opening up at the end of last year and inquired into them. Strictly a question if they could give us better rates and gain some of our business back. We decided not to go with them. I then started getting charges from an unknown company that turned out to be *** and Reliant Pay who started charging us from a phone conversation. No paperwork had been filled nor did we state to start processing for us again. NOT ONE TRANSACTION WAS EVER MADE IN THE 4 MONTHS OF CHARGES!! Save yourself money and time by not even looking into them. They will charge as much as they can and then say they will save you money if you find a company with a better rate. We are reporting them to our bank, as well as the BBB to make sure they do not do this to anyone else in the future!!

I am sorry to hear this complaint. This is our first in 14 years. I understand the frustration, however the chain of events were different. ***** called us to open a separate account from the one that he was processing with. When we advised him that it appeared that his current account was not processing he found out that his business partner had opened an account with another processor. His business partner told him they were going to save thousands of dollars in processing fees. We asked to see a copy of the proposal since that promise was unrealistic. We would never try to match a proposal that would be unprofitable, so we wanted to highlight the areas that were unrealistic. ***** then asked for a refund for the months that he did not process but still had the account open. There were no fees charged for processing during this time as there was no processing. We advised him that he was only charged our cost to keep the account open and he never requested the account closed, which he acknowledged. We agreed to close the account immediately with no cancelation fees. There were never any fees charged for the new account as ***** confirms no paperwork was submitted so we had no information for a bank account to charge those fees to.
