  STL Beds is THEEEE place to go for all your bed needs. **** and his crews customer service is 2nd to none. They treat you like family. They treat you like you and your needs are all that matters. They go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I have recommended STL Beds to several family and friends, and they were treated with the upmost respect. For that matter, my mother, my best friends mother, my best friend, my two grown children, and myself are all sleeping on beds and pillows purchased through STL Beds. We don't go anywhere else. **** and his team are the best in the business!

  Solid steel bed rails with a nice black finish. The rails ordered were for a twin long pair of beds. My only complaint is the the rails don't come inward enough for my bed foundations and mattresses. If the rails came inward/closer towards each other throughout the entire length by an 1.5 inches it would be perfect. The distance between the edge of lip to lip of the rails is 37 inches while my mattresses and foundations are **** inches wide leaving my foundations supported on only .25 inches on each side, clearly not good enough on its own. Just made some slats to make up for it. Overall it does what it needed to do.

  HI ******, We really want to say thank you for telling us how everything worked for you. The frame builder follows ISPA Standards. The lip gap at 37" is designed to work with a twin or twin xl boxspring/foundation that follows the same standards which is 38" inches. It sounds as if the mattress and foundation builder may have cheated in the build of your boxspring/foundation by a .5 inches. Unfortunately, Slats or plywood is your only real solution. I work with a handful of frame builders and they also follow ISPA Standards. I will definitely forward your issue to the manufacturer.
