I contacted this company for a leak in my spa. After a week of waiting I was charged $95 for a service call. ***** the technician came out for approximately 20 mins and stated he couldn't detect the leak. To further diagnose the leak he would have to charge 500$ each way to the shop and **** man hours to trouble shoot and fix. I told him i would think about it. A few hours after the service appointment I was contacted by ***** the sales manager. I was then being questioned about a new hot tub. Two days later i decided to look for the leak. The coupling from the pump to the heater had water leaking from it. I inspected it and found out the gasket was shot. I purchased the $1.99 gasket from a more reputable store. After installing the gasket, original spa holds water and is NO longer leaking. ***** contacted me via text and stated that "No visible water is seen coming from the heater. Now it's possible it leaked afterwords but when the pic was taken and he was there it's dry up front ." Emphasis that it leaked afterwords.... A $1.99 and less than an hour of my time and no other leaks...and the spa is holding water for 4 days now with zero leaks. Sounds like that was the issue altogether. I inquired about some sort of refund for this oversight and was not offered anything I will NEVER recommend this company and I would stand clear of the sketchy business practices. $1.99 could have turned into a 2,000-2,500 dollar fix or worse yet a new hot tub for even more.

We purchased a hot tub from an individual. Although in great shape, the tub has a small leak. Techs from Two Men and a Spa Dolly came and supposedly assessed the leak. They installed a new pump. The leak is still there, possibly worse. When I reported it, the company said they were sending me a bottle of leak seal. This is after the original visit cost ** close to $1000. Do not use this company. **************** is not a priority.

It pains me to have to tell this story. In 2018 I had to put my spa in storage as we were building and moving to a new residence. We gladly paid our monthly fee. We were informed we would need to winterize our spa yearly and we agreed to pay for this annually until we had the spa returned. After completing our move we contacted Two Men and a Spa and they delivered the spa on June 21 2022. After they left we filled the spa and before it was full we discovered numerous leaks. They admitted they should have fully tested it before delivery but were low on manpower and time. Weeks and weeks later they kept saying they were waiting on parts. After 2 months I contacted ****** *** directly and had the parts in a matter of days. They eventually showed up to repair the leaks but were unsuccesful. Again I reached out to ****** *** they informed me that the company was no longer a registered dealer of theirs and had been terminated. I then spoke with another registered dealer in Chicago. They came and attempted to repair the leaks but informed me the way it was attempted to be fixed would void the warranty and had to be completely replaced. They replaced that part correctly at a charge of 1100.00 dollars. TMSD charged 350.00 to deliver and said they would come get the spa and take it back to the shop to repair. No longer a registered dealer I could not do that and keep the warranty. Plus that alone for pick up and redelivery would have been 700.00 plus time. After the new company left we had to let the glue dry for a day before refilling. When we filled it the next day we found a new leak and explained it to the new company that said that this manifold had also cracked from the improper winterization. We are awaiting them to return from Chicago to complete the repairs. The first invoice has been given to TMSD and we have heard nothing. I have called, texted, chatted and have heard nothing. I will send the second when the spa is repaired. I just want it fixed properly* *** *

I needed help closing my pool. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. They came out on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were actually $5 cheaper than my usual independent pool guy charged. Billing was simple. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.
