  6/15/2024 I have a large ****** btu window air conditioner that is not that old and is in excellent shape but it totally stopped cooling so I call Froggy's Heating Air and Plumbing and spoke to ******** who was out on another job. I explained my problem and he told me he would come by my house on the same day Surprised but he did come by. He checked how long it took for unit to cycle and could hear compressor kick on and other things happening like his hearing freon movement which I could not hear. He did a few cycle reset test, also went outside to the back of my window unit and poured some water into the unit. His thought was to cool down lines and compressor to see if that helped but it did not. ******** said may have to put saddle valves in to recharge unit but also said compressor could be tight and does not perform as it should After we spoke a little while, he said he would check with manufacture techs about first warranty and also about their suggestions to resolve all issues on my window ac. Of course this being a weekend the manufacture was closed. ******** left but came back with a portable ac for me to use while we go through process to see if manufacture would replace unit, what manufacture techs say is wrong with it so he could repair it or worse case just to buy a new unit equal in size which may be difficult. ******** is a kind caring person and easy to speak to and takes pride in his work If you need help then give Froggy's Heating Air and Plumbing a call and talk to ******** Tell him i told you to do this

  Great work. My A/C randomly decided to quit working and ******** was at my house ready to fix it within 20 minutes. ******** was proficient and excellent with the job. It was done in a timely manner and I highly recommend his services.

  Froggys is THE most dependable and honest business men you could ever meet. He does a great job and will even show you what and how to fix your problem and that is unbelievable. He has my business for sure.

  We just had to replace a shower valve that he had installed about 8 years ago. ******* said it was the worst solder job that he has ever seen, all of his joints were leaking. Plus, now we have another big water stain on our kitchen ceiling to repair! We would never use, nor recommend, this company to anyone.
