      We went with Rove because. Young man came by and offered a low price. We had no mice problem before but after signing up with Rove, we had a lot of mice. We have them in the basement and garage. We called and they sent a technician who changed baits and then checked for areas on the outside for possible entry points. We asked her to check inside but she declined. We then canceled our service with them. However, they charged a $200 fee due to the discount we were offered to get us a lower price. This was not explained to me when signing up with them.

      Rove signed us up for a quarterly service with a monthly billing.The service tech never met with us in the 3 visits to our home. We received a email prior to the service date, however never were we able to verify that the service tech was on site. We did receive a services completed report. I am disappointed in the customer service provided and the lack of one on one contact with this company.

      Terrible service - hook you with quarterly service on auto pay and then do not call or text ahead as they say they will show up randomly and perform little to no outdoor service. When you call to file complaint they offer no refund or alternate contact. Very disappointing

      We would love to explore where the disconnect is in the reminders. The customer service platform that we utilize has the notifications automated, so it would be great to explore whether there is a typo in your contact information or if a junk/spam filter is intercepting our communications. Either way, with our active customers, if you have any additional needs, you can just let us know and we will go back out free of charge so it removes the risk from you.
