Eligibility Verifications,
Review service lines for coding, diagnosis and time errors and add the appropriate modifiers on claims before submitting
Follow up with providers as needed in order to ensure accurate data entry
Assist with authorization requests and follow ups if/as needed
Submit invoices to the insurance companies and review for rejections and denials,
Follow up on rejected and denied claims
Update and resubmit claims as needed
Credentialing of new providers if and as applicable
New contracts with insurance companies if and as applicable
Billing for services using the provider’s EHR System
Training Midwest Quality Home Care Inc. staff as needed
Reporting
Verifications: We verify insurances for clients that are being set up for services, and monthly for PMAP policies: we will verify DAANES accuracy and inform providers if updating is needed
Monitor Patient Authorizations
Payment Posting: ERA’s and Patient Payments (if requested)
Troubleshooting when issues arise
Further assistance as needed .
