      One of their drivers hit my car and he claims now he didn't do it. We have been in contact with ******* who is a peice of work. Very unprofessional and rude plus is telling us they just slide this kind of stuff under the rug. I am very upset how they have handled this situation and it's been a month sense it happened with no answer to the problem. Whatever you do don't waste your time with *******.

      They are horrible. Consistently not picking up either my garbage or recycling. This time I'm on week 5 of not having my recycling picked up despite being told twice it would be. If I could give them zero stars I would.

      Terrible customer service.The HR manager was very rude and uncompassionate after their driver damaged a portion of the driveway, the driver stated they would fix they driveway.After reaching out once they said it was n the list and never called back. 4 months later the took the dumpster at 530 in the morning because we hadn't received any updates as to when we might be getting the whole in the drive way fixed. Today when we called again he essential told us that they would not fix it because we stopped paying while the driveway was damaged. Had there been any communication about a timeline when our driveway would be fixed we would have been more than happy to pay up. Absolute terrible customer service no communication and zero regard for their customers property
